정약용이 전라남도 강진에서 유배생활 중이던 1812년(순조 12)에 쓴 것으로 알려져 있다. 농민 자위조직에 의한 국방 체제를 주장한 최초의 논문이다.

Details

A book of military strategy that Jeong Yakyong (1762–1836) wrote to propose a defense system supported by the civilian defense organization of farmers, which is known to have been written during the period of his exile in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do province.
